Way back in June of last year I had the pleasure of shooting Makenzie and Taylor for their wedding at Regis University with the reception at History Colorado in downtown Denver. Makenzie got ready at the Art Hotel which was practically brand new at the time and I’d have to say is one of my favorite modern hotels in the area. The chapel at Regis had a very interesting half circle layout which gave us a lot of different access to views without being annoying which is always a plus.
The reception was also pretty awesome. I had never been to History Colorado before but really liked it. One of my favorite parts of this wedding was that in lieu of traditional wedding cake each table had their own individual bundt cake of varying flavors with a master list of which flavor was where so you could try them all if you wanted. There were also late night donuts which is always my personal favorite. This wedding was tons of fun.
